well CB is done and over and I know we are getting a wipe for it.
- are they going to be doing a character clear after OB or will we roll right into release?

Unless they do it different this time for whatever reason, I'm pretty sure it generally goes like this:
CB > Wipe > OB > Official Release
So no wipe between OB and the release.

A lot of the F2P games use OB as more of a 'pre-commercial release', rather than a real testing phase. A result of which is often the carry over of characters into launch.

However, as anyone on the Aeria team will likely tell you, a wipe after any beta phase is possible and at their discretion. They will usually put forth this information well ahead of time though, barring any cataclysmic failures.
