Is it possable to have a % success change or some such and how hard is it to fortify??

Just as i used C grade to get my weapon to +3 and only failed 3 times, but then failed on getting to +4 using 8 Grade B, five trys was using Clovers and my weapon now has half durability.

Similar experience here. Got my weapon to +3 with little trouble and then simply failed repeatedly attempting to raise it any further. By the time my weapon was permanently reduced to half its durability, I just sort of concluded that it might be impossible to raise above +3 with a C Grade scroll.

So I guess it is possible? The question now is whether the durability on the item can hold out long enough to make it through all the failures and permanent damage. Really feels like you might be losing as much as you're gaining.

New to Aeria games? They gotta make a buck some how...lol It's the same way in all the games. In last chaos you fail over +3 your item can be destroyed, which really sucks when you are going for that final +1 to make +15 (was max there when I played that one). It's all about making us think we can't live with out AP items.

But I do agree the failure and loss of duribility really blows! I can stand the high repair costs, and one would think you wouldn't lose max dur. cause some shop keeper is slacking lol

actually, i think blue weapons or armors can get to +3 with c scrolls with no fail. i use blue weapons and never failed with c scroll.

It might just be me and my bad luck, but I have on one occasion broken an orange armor trying to get to +3. My blue weapons have failed going to +3 as well.. even with B scrolls

What about armor chances.. I know they have different chances with armors.
All I know is Grade B/A on +1 and +2 are 100%.

Anyone shed any light on the chances for the rest ??

use C scrolls doing +3 fast forty(like contin clicking on forty) , then switch to B to make another 2 or 3 - 1 try each minute(same with repair), then get some A scrolls and try to enchant +1 each time you get a new level, and by the time your char hits lv20 or 30 you should have your lvl 20 or 30 orange weapon +9, its easier to fortify if you start fortifying from lower levels, ex enchant your lvl 20 when you hit lvl 10.. etc and so on ... but this isnt workin on your main char, since you dont have the gold or other resources...

in other words, i made my lvl 20 orange bow +7 only with C scrolls... but the dur left on it is less then 20... which isnt as much... at all, but i know a friend of mine made a lvl20 bow +9 only with C scrolls but at the end he had 0/0 dur... so... you can sleep on that.

dunno how much $ cost those items for increasing forty success but its better if you waste less money by fortifying with the scrolls you get by drops then buying those items from the mall for success rate + the hammers to repair... this way youll pay just for the hammers... in case you really need it
