1-15 is very unbalanced nowadays and this is a fact. Anyway how many people have more than 8 enchant? Don't u think there are more people with less than 8 enchant than people with more?

So with their uber equipment in your scenario they will have less chance to have a good amount of kill than anyone with a npc equipment... Do you really think this is fair?

They can always get another equipment and go to the "low lv enchant" zone, but the equipment they spent so many money to get become suddenly useless. A [3] sword will have an higher value than a [10] sword.

I'm not against a limit in pvp zone, but I also think that Aeria cannot give a kick to who spent a lot on their gear. It is unfair (other than an action against business) at this point.

I think it is a good idea (like they are doing) to limit the lv of GM enchant.

I think it is useless to sustain a simil petition that won't happen in any case, but we have to sustain more plausible actions.

Example: the next GM enchant limitation is to 13. In the October promo shcedule

there were always uber in 15.......I remember noscope times very well , when he could one shot most of the Alliance .....and did we complain or want to limit his capabilities?

Now we have ep 4.....and enchantment beats nos.....and I love it....the former semi ubers like luxai cry foul.....did they when NoScope was around???

I learned how to nos from the fury side...and now they call for limitations.....I call that hypocrite ..learn to deal with the new situation

pvp 15 will balance out....problem is in my opinion, that there are not enough competitive furies around and if they are...they are outnumbered at least on teos

I have seen a lot of times, that raid leaders in 15 try to balance out when furies are outnumbered and let them have the alter as back up....

I dont have fun shooting some fury newbies and I usually dont do that.....but getting my gear up to fight strong furies like napoleon and sho....thats the challenge...just my thoughts

Overall I do think there should be enchantment max based on level. Ep4 has certainly made it too expensive to play seriously. The wasted AP / gold could have been used for Conti's PID ect. More play time for pvp for most players and more overall fun I think. It almost seems that events are the 'hey stop farming for gold and pvp' moments. Would be nice to see PvP good at all times with out need vendors or some reward to sell for gold to afford things.

Yes there is a problem which is pretty evident. But you just learn to deal with it. We can accept things how they are and do our part. Avyn has left a good suggestion in that raid leaders should take up more of a leadership role.

When nosses were introduced there were threads after threads of people complaining about it. There were suggestions like limiting the effect of nosses. This thread is in no way different from any of those.

I don't think enchants should get limited. People will stop spending truckload of AP on 1-15 gear if the zone becomes dead. Problems are, after all, self correcting.

I think that we are looking for the wrong angle on a fix for this situation.

From my experience in 1-15 (and i have reasonable gear) at the present time Lailah is just outnumbered in regards to players and the light numbers with enhanced gear compounds the error.

My solution is a ratio limit on the pvp 1-15 zone.

Simply put the server won't allow more than a fixed ratio variance of either faction. Its not perfect but then the problem wouldnt have arisen if some attention had been paid to the numbers in servers at the start of EP4.

An example is lets say 20 Fury are in Zone - max allowable lights would be say 10% more so 22.

Anyways I'm not sure about 1-15 for my bloke - will either get 10+ enhancements on all armour or give it a miss until the light numbers diminish - too many uber geared lights in 1-15 even for a def tank nossed.

i <3 these topics and fully agree... but i hate to agree with so many ppl who said it in the past, its doubtful anythings ever gonna happen... 1-15 becomes so imbalanced through many aspects (Enchantments arnt the only inbalances but i do agree its what ruined 1-15) but when i used to go to 1-15 not only was i going up against players with over +8 enchantment, but they was also nossed to the brim (wasnt too happy when we finnaly killed em Wink ) and the numbers in most pvp these days are almost always one sided (could be AoL or UoF)... i 100% agree with tacos idea... may make one of the 1-15s more empty but then again, after a hour or so of mass encahntment and noss, it usually is empty on one side

also i found a way to make 1-15 fun to me... i lvled to 20-30 where battles are fun and fair for both factions ^^

Best thing you can do is to level up to 1-60 and make all those Enchanters waste 100 Billions for nothing. Let them stand there rotting and praying for som1 who shows up, while all peeps are fighting in 1-60.

I remember a thread similar to this one like half a ago. There were some of us who told everyone that enchantments and ep4 stats would eventually destroy the lower lvl zones.

Now even the active 1-15 pvpers say the same thing. Whats next? a petition to remove enchantments lvl 6 lapis noss and stuff like that out ? There is NO way they are gonna limit them to a certain number or make 2 separate pvp zones because of that.

I think garathorn is on the right track. I think people begin to reflect that very mindset and those numbers are growing.

When I look at 1-15 PvP, I ask myself "is there any reason the current trends within the zone concerning Enchantments will end?" The answer is "NO" as long as players are dropping $$$ for AP and its 10x easier to farm kills in 1-15 than any other zones.

Imo, this problem isn't so simple to fix. I think it requires a look into 20-30 and 1-60 PvP as well. Its not just a balance to one zone that is needed... its a reworking of the current PvP system.

Atm, its still easier to leech kills in 1-15 than work for them in 20-30 and 1-60 PvP. I proposed a weighted kill system option before as a GS. I thought it might be the simplest way to code and promote players to move to higher level zones.

Weighted PvP Kill Count System:

in 1-15 PvP, 1 kill is worth 1 kill count
in 20-30 PvP, 1kill is worth 2 kill count
in 1-60 PvP, 1kill is worth 2.5 kill count

People are lazy and egotistical. Most will pedal hard enough to coast. The casual PvPer and moderate PvPer will find no fun in fighting someones wallet because because they know they can't compete. The problem is, if you want to prepare yourself for higher level PvP you must spend some time gaining ranks in 1-15 PvP.

I know its a f2p game and everyone has the same opportunity, but what do you do when those opportunities reach a point when they are overpowering and now drive people to seek out other MMO's as a result?

mm interesting but 2.5 = not good, make it 3 ^^

or the game will be "doubled" and not "int" Very Happy
