It's nothing like that.. whenever somebody visits the main link, that site will pick one
of the images to use and show it to you. Sometimes it could show a picture of a cat,
other times a dog, for example.

As far as Wiki links goes, I'm pretty sure that site uses PHP with the GD image functions :

LOL I tried with just 4 pics and it works fine! Just to say you something....: I think it's clear but maybe site is made to collect your user names and passwords so use some completely different user and password than you used to use!

Well, I dont think so, im sure it isnt any hack site, or keylogger that would like to get your username and password. The rotator was hosted by a very popular artist site.
I am sure its 100% safe to use.
