If you buy the Character Revival, everything on your character is restored, as it was before it had been deleted; including PvP rank, items, armour etc.

The item costs 7.5K AP and instructions on what to write in the ticket once you have purchased are clear on the item. Please do remember to not take it out of your bank! =)

Yes, your character will be restored in the exact location (unless otherwise stated as a bad location to re-spawn) with all items/gold/armours etc that it had before being deleted.
