Event Description

I love signature contests! As a signature maker myself (tho, I'm definately a little rusty, lol!), I love making signatures for others. I knew I wanted to do a signature contest for LaTale, but decided it needed a little bit of brotherly love mixed into it.. thus, the Buddy Banner Contest!

The idea is simple... Instead of making a banner for me or for yourself, I want you to make a banner for a friend! I also want you to tell me why the signature you make reminds you of your buddy... Here's an example entry:


My Name: Aiiko
My Buddy's Forum and In-Game Name: ShadowArc, Arc
Signature Highlights: Well, I put his character in the sig, since he's quite proud of it. I also put a picture of Invoke, since Arc has taken me on *several* Lair runs, since I was too low to complete them myself. I also put a moon behind Invoke, because he has had a moon in his avatar since I've met him. Lastly, I chose the main color as dark blue, as I know it's a color he likes.

Rules

• The contest will end Monday, October 5th at 11:59 p.m. PDT. Click here for Aeria (PDT) time.
  
• Every signature must adhere to the forum's size limitations. They are: 700 px. wide, by 200 px. tall, with a file size of 120kb or smaller.
  
• You may submit up to two entries, a maximum of one in each category (artistic and humorous)
  
• Subject matter must follow the ToS. That means no questionable or offensive images. If you aren't sure, PM me and we'll discuss it.
  
• All entries must be of your own work. Please do not use something else that you did not produce, unless you have proof of permission.
  
• Please only submit from ONE ACCOUNT. There will be checks for alt accounts when judging begins.
  
• Aeria Games has the right to use any artwork submitted.
  
• We reserve the right to add/modify the rules at any time.

We've been through a lot together.. and ironically, just like our relationship, this siggy started out really lame and dull, it took me quite a while to get it looking decent, and now I think it's beautiful. Here's to all those times we had fun, fought, made up, and fought again. I must admit, you're my favorite person to fight with. My siggy is for Kari, because I love him, and it's been over a year since we met each other. We've gone through a lot of things together.. and just a few of them are present in the tiny screens on the little photograph pictures. My Name: RichardFace My Buddy's Forum and In-Game Name: Aiiko/Aiiko Signature Highlights: The Aiiko I know has 4 sides (the too tired to do anything side couldn't be shown). The happy side is the one most people see. It is almost scary how nice she is. Like if she got sick while in happy mode, she would barf rainbows. The normal side is when she is afk, which happens a lot. She gets distracted by shiny things easily and walks away from the computer. The angry side is all punches and smashing. I saw her rip a bus in half with her bare hands once because the Peanut M&M's slot in a candy machine was empty. Category for Submission: Humorous
