Here are the official dates of the end of CB and the beginning of OB for you guys.

CB = Closed Beta
OB = Open Beta

End of CB: 12/10

Beginning of OB: sometime between 12/12 and 12/20

Will there be a character wipe after CB?
Yes, at the end of CB, your characters will all be deleted. There will be no wipe after OB.

Will there be a new client for OB or will the CB client be patched?
There will be a whole new client for OB, which is not available for download yet. You can delete the old CB client from your computer.

so still no date for open beta?

You're using odd logics.

There is no precizion date end of CB.

Given a estimated time is not a good idea. It will be misunderstood and many will begin flaming.

It's sad really, cyber, but true. Especially when this is rated 18+, people should know the difference between an "yeah we might end/start at x day, but it's definately not reliable yet." rather than "CB ENDS AT X DAY!"

It's kind of the same when people cry about the wipe, or that they don't even realize what a beta is.

what the jolly-whatsits ???? I think many ppl dont wonna exp new characters. A specially when they are 30+ lvl.....

I am a lvl 34 warrior. I have no objections to a wipe. I am here to quest, level, and test the content I come across.

I am aiming to test the next map content which is at lvl 40+......I think.

Dont see the reasons to play more if there will be wipe...WILL be waiting whet start OB
