Details on Account Suspensions regarding GP Abuse

Hi Everyone,

No fancy colors or text for this announcement.

I know it's looking like a long night, and no one realizes that more than the team that's still behind their desks. We're working hard to get the game back up in a timely manner, and wanted to give our players an update on the situation.

We apologize for the lengthy downtime. Our update to the servers includes matters listed in the patch notes, as well as updates to Game Guard and game structure that will avoid the GP/Gold abuse that has so recently been a problem.

Players that have obtained GP/Gold through illegitimate means will have access removed from their account permanently and all GP/Gold removed as well.

However, we realize there are varying degrees of severity and are willing to come to a compromise.

Players that have used this method for only one game will receive a temporary account suspension while we remove GP and Gold gained.

Thank you all for sticking with us. We want to make sure that once the game comes back up, it's fair for everyone.

Update: Game is back up

You know,
This is really Aeria's first Trial By Fire, and by a longshot they proved to be very responsive and they dealt with the problem effectively and efficiently.

Leave your attitude at the door.
Allow at least three days for ticket response.

I'm certain this has been posted numerous times over the forum, and since it's the AG rules...you're expected to read them.
