Players,

Currently all is looking good for Nangin transfer starting this coming weekend.

Here is the basic run down on how things will work.

Currently players will only be able to move every Saturday 09:00PST to 21:00PST as long as there are enough 'transfer' points left available. If there are not then Nangin transfer will be closed for that week.

Transfer points (or factions points - M1 = 1 faction point, M2 = 2 pts, M33 = 33 pts) will be set each week by AG per faction per server. (Example - Fujin 400, Guan 100, Jin 50). As players transfer the points go down until 0. Once they reach 0 Nangin transfer will be closed immediately.

It is on a first come first serve basis.

Anyone M1 - M33 can transfer as long as there is enough transfer points available.

The first scheduled Nangin Transfer date will be August 1st, 2009 starting at 12:00 PM GMT and ending 11:59:59 PM GMT.

Server break down.

Redemption - Only Fujin will be allowed to move the first week.

So Fujin - Open with set number of transfer points available
Guan - Closed
Jin - Closed


Tranquility - Will open with all factions available to move, but Fujin will have largest %.

Fujin - Open with 70% transfer
Guan - Open with 15% transfer
Jin - Open with 15% transfer

Week 2 - 8-8-09 we will wait to see new recalculated factions points to see if we will open Nangin to other factions on redemption server. If still needed only Fujin will be allowed to move again on Redemption.

We will SLOWLY be allowing players to move to Nangin. So anyone who moves to Nangin will be greatly out numbered to start. Over time they will start to even out.

Each week AG will determine the numbers of points available to be moved per faction.

Remember this is a ONE time move. If you move to Nangin you will NOT be allowed to move back. So move at your own risk!

If you are going to move you should remove yourself from any guild are you in.

Faction leaders can not transfer to Nangin.

We are continuing to test Nangin Transfer. If anyone issues come up we will cancel it, but it is currently looking good.

You must have no open quests and you must quit your guild and remove all your friends from your friends list. I suggest you say bye to them.

You do not have to do a quest to become a Nangin. Simply go to the palace and talk to your guardian and select Nangin transfer.

All equipment and items from the bank and storage transfer over, and you get a cool hat.

Will Nangin be able to do FL voting once it is open?

Ok so does that mean (for Tranquility) that 70% of the fujin population will be able to go nangin, 15% of the guan population and 15% of the jin population? If so that means over 600 factions points from fujin alone will be able to go to nangin and a bit over 200 faction points between jins and guans. Meaning fujins will be left with 300 faction points, jins a bit over 500 and guans over 500 as well.

Or.....

Are there a set amount of faction points allowed in nangin (lets say 600) and 70% of that 600 (420) points will belong to fujins, 90 for jins and 90 for guans???

It means whatever amount of points AG determines available that will be the break down. How we determine those numbers are based strictly on reports we run and judgment of AG team.

FL voting will not start for Nangin until enough faction points have transferred.
