ok so im lvl 49 and i want to make a lvl 40-49 war sitter (just really like having a high cp) so i obviously need to deal mass dmg (i already got the wasp thingy) so i need a good weapon (katana)

this was what i thot of doing, and was wondering if it would work: take the lvl 55 katana, combine it once, get it to 20 %, then downgrade it to lvl 45 (will it have the lvl 45 atk power, or 55 atk power), and then enchant it some more (can i enchent after a downgrade?)

well*u can downgrade the r55 kat (if ur lucky to find the downgrade item)
it will have 45 attack power. and yes u can still enchant after a downgrade.
same with upgrading. r55 to r65 it will have r65 power, and u can still enchant it.
but being a sitter doesnt help really. if u win or lose a war u still gain exp i think. o u better like to die alot while grinding. only way to keep urself at 49
