How to Submit a Bug!

If you want to submit a Bug, please use this procedure:

Subject: Title of the Bug

Message Body:
Template necessary for all bug reports:
1) Summary – short description of the bug.
2) Reproduction steps – exact steps to reproduce the bug. This will seem silly and obvious sometimes, but is necessary to communicate with SonoV. If the bug seems random and you cannot find exact steps to reproduce the bug, just explain that it happens randomly and what you did the first time it happened.
3) Exact details (screenshots, video, coordinates). A picture is worth a thousand words. Absolutely necessary.
4) Expected result – what should be happening
5) Actual result – what is happening

***Exploits should be sent in as a ticket. Use this link.***

Is it possible to post a list of already reported/known bugs too, so the same bug wont be reported multiple times?

It would be easier if there was 1 bug for 1 thread. This way people can come here and look for the bug and see the status.

Um...does this include bugs that can be used to gain advantage, which technically shouldn't be shared...or should those be sent by tickets (I'll need to first check whether it's still there though...).

EDIT: I guess the edit means that this is not the place for those kinda bugs...

On a side note...if there is no Sky City...what exactly does it matter that the gate to it is written in Korean...

It would seem to me, that the linked pvp bugs are pretty obvious to GM's by now.
Numerous tickets from bugs in this zone already, and yet events there have increased.
I don't get it.. are you trying to get more people to loose valuable items, levels, ranks, and gold?
Everytime a player tries to call this to the attention of the community, you either delete, move or lock the thread, or just delete the post.
Directing people to this thread isn't really being helpful IMO.
How about allowing players to post concerns in general, and addressing them there, so people don't have to hunt to find problems?
What exactly are you trying to hide?

That's quite a common bug and has been around for as long as I have been playing.
I don't know what causes that particular bug, but it is obviously a very low priority one for SonoV to fix.

It's annoying, but you just have to ignore them.
