Transmission error

so this happend to me twice and first time i logged out and logged back in no problem. this time it wont let me log back in

Please run this test:
1. Go to your Start Menu
2. Click on "Run" (For Vista users, this will be under "All Programs" ---> "Accessories")
3. Type in "cmd" and click "Ok"
4. Type in "ping 72.55.177.27" and hit Enter
5. Type in "ping 74.125.127.103" and hit Enter
6. Right-click and choose "Select All"
7. Paste the information in your new topic
