Also make sure you are using a client downloaded from one of the trusted mirrors listed on Aeria's website:

http://12-sky2.aeriagames.com/download

The weird thing is, i can play on the downloadable server posted on aeriagames.com, but not on the EU server.

EU server is not owned by Aeria Games. You need a client from Mayn, and an account there. We can't help you with any Mayn issues, since Aeria has nothing to do with that.

nevermind, got it sorted out, the client from gamershell.com is the Mayn version. so I suggest everyone just grab the client from aeriagames.

I feel really Brilliant asking this, but would someone tell me what a MAYN account and client are, im really confused. If it helps im in the UK and i downloaded the client from Gamershell

This doesn't work unless you go to the 12Sky2 home site while you are logged in. Then it works great.

can someone help me i just downloaded the game 2 play with my friend and i got it from ausgamers the exact same site as him yet he can play but i get the network error #004 help me PLZ!!!!!
