Hi everyone. I want to remind everyone that this error message sounds more scary than it actually is.

For most people, you will see this message if you type in your account name incorrectly. So instead of getting an error that says "You typed your name wrong" you get "Error #004". We'll try and patch this soon so that it's more intuitive.

I'm fairly sure that most other people that get this message I strongly suggest logging into the Aeria Games website with your account, wait a few minutes, and then try logging into the game again.

lol i was putting a worng account name and passowrd and i was getting this lol..... but i write it Right and it works

I got the same thing happening to me, I would like to play the game instead of it just sitting on my hard drive taking up space.

edit: I got the code and everything and placed the code into the area where it was required and I still can't gain access. Some help would be nice

I just had the same problem and fixed it in the time it took to read this forum post and reread the invite email.

First, you don't need a key if you got an email that says to login to your account and then d/l the client.

All I did was log out of my aeria account, then log back in, then ran the game client. The game worked after that. Hope that works for some people.

I'm having the same problem on the EU and US servers, so i'm wondering if this is not working because of my location (New Zealand)

Other details:
Invited by email
Used Beta key
Changed password
Logged in and Out...
Firewall port open, DMZ tried too.

Any other advice?

tried everything in this thread and nothins worked is it because im in australia?

Me I am looking for a new game so I cant play off the bat fine other games u downoad u play not waiting. I may come back i may not no worries
