Network Error #004?

(Solution posted here)
Downloaded TS2 and it says to me when i log in Network Error. (#004)
Any Help?


GM EDIT - Solution:
Error 004 means the game server does not recognize your account name. Try the following to fix this:

1. You must have a valid Aeria Games account (MAYN accounts do not work)
2. Also you must be using an Aeria Games version of the Twelve Sky 2 client (again MAYN version will not work). You can download here
2. Make sure you have signed into the Aeria Games website with the same account you are trying to log in with. If you have not signed into the website in more than a week, you should do this just to be safe
3. Check the spelling of the account name you are entering. Make sure there are no typos
4. Try signing out of the website and then logging back in
5. If nothing else works, try changing your password, wait a few minutes, then try again
6. If all else fails, please contact our GM team

I would like to know as well. I was so excited when my download completed. I started it up and got network code 004. Talk about a real excitement killer...

same is happening everywhere and not just me, i would like to know whats this is about also...took me about 3 hours of downloading and i cant play Sad

network error

same here, maybe the access to login server is restricted to C class? local connections only?

ok i made some tests and i don't think it's the login server... might be something else because you get the same error even if you imput random user and password

here you can see i used the user a and pass a, and i get the same error


any Devs on?

I gots the same problem here too Sad i was excited to see this and now i cant play Sad sucks but if there is a dev on i would like to know why theres an error message and if there is any way of fixing it

ive done this 4 times now and still the same error, i got an invitation to the closed beta and its not letting me sign in, do i need a key like some people or should my accoun have one already active

I'm getting same error!
I've tried changing password to see if that would help, still no luck... Evil or Very Mad
