Fill out the survey, and give us the ticket # at the end.

Please include ALL AP PURCHASED within the month of April. We will rebate up to 5000 AP Purchased. Bonus/Rewards Cash is does not qualify for rebate offer. Rebates may take up to 30 days from the end of April submission to process (10 May 09). All rebate request must be filed properly, the survey filled out and must be filed with the specified dates, else they are not eligible.

Clarification on when the AP will be returned. It will be up to 30 days from the end of the application period. This can be as late as 8 June (31 Days in May). No one can possibly receive any AP before the end of the application period.

Note: If you did not submit a ticket in the correct category between 1 May and 10 May then you have missed your opportunity, and there is no way to qualify for this rebate.

Note: If you are replying to our emails, and the subject is something like [Request Tracker (RT) #123456789] then your ticket # is 123456789

If we do not have our transaction IDs can we not get the rebate ?

What exactly do you mean by Account name? Like our Aeria Games account name or for example our Google account name?

Should be the account name you used to purchase AP.
