The solution to this seems to be simple. Never ever buy anything from Aeriagames in the future and there will be no problems. This is beyond unprofessional, last time I ever buy AP.

I agree, not even an I'm sorry expect your points on _______? not a single word, i guess because they took our money and left us with nothing but the receipt. I don't intend to support AG by buying AP again, learned my lesson

Exact same thing is happening to me right now. I heard about the 50% promotion on at the moment, so I thought sure, I'll spend $20. 5 hours later... I'm still sitting here scratching my head. This is embarrassing Aeria games.

only problem is i dont have a paypal account so i cannot cancel my order so what do i do i have debit card the money is gone but i dont have my ap i need to know if i should call my bank now or not?
