Seem that Aeria is turning into a scam site. Just do chargebacks when you dont get what was said to you. Take screenshots for proof and you will win your case with paypal. Thats what i had to do then they suspended my account for winning lol.

i have spent 130 bucks and have only gotten 50.00 in ap. i deserve somekind of information, if i dont get it soon then i will take it to court. i enjoy the game but not enough to pay that much for it, i have bank reciepts to prove. please send me results or the next attempt goes to my lawyer. thanks, tired of messing with this

i bought AP on 6-21-08 during the sale. i purchased $50 worth. i have emaild the contact us twice about it with no responce. i am wondering when they do respond will they still give me the sale that was going on during the time that i purchased the AP. and how much longer before they are able to fix the problem

they got mine takin care of. I have no more issues with aeria. I really hope they do not keep up these poor communication skills. but as far as my issue it is resolved and I have no more problems with them and its GAME ON.

Sometimes, the in-game AP Store doesn't show your points. Logging out then back in to the same character has worked for me when this issue has arisen.

i baught 20 dollars of ap and didnt get it so i thought it didnt go through so i got another 20 dollar pack and it went through so i got 2000 ap in my item mall but i should of had 4000 becuase both of the transactions went through i want someone to solve this Now!

ok this is beyond a joke. i bought $50 worth of AP on the 10th using google checkout and my 3v card (pre pay) it took my dam money and then cancled my order. im out 35 euro ($50) and dont tell me to "post my RT#" i dont get them anymore! and i havnt since i started using google checkout.

when is this going to get resolved well?
