well mine is a bit different...

I bought my points on a Friday... (no problems)...had them all weekend...

Sunday I finally (after three weeks) got my refund AP from an event that was suppose to be refuned within 10 days (ha)....

Monday I sign on, expected to see my AP points (the ones I bought Friday night and the ones returned to me)..

Nope, no AP points (ZERO) and my account is suspended..

I dont use pay-pal directly and do not have an account, simply used my Credit Card...

The money left my bank, went to Pay Pal and I guess (went to Aeria Games ?)...either way, my money is gone, 90.00 of it and the unused portion of my AP is gone as well with a threatening letter from Aeria...

"If I dont get this fixed, I will be banned"....huh ? get what fixed ? My money is gone...left asta la vista... hehe....Someone has it....

I still have a total of $40 on two gift cards. i tried to buy $20 worth of ap on each of them and for both it wouldn't work?? Anytime this ap problems are gonna be fixed?

For some reason the gift card credit cards dont work all the time. I bought 3 $50 to try and use and none of them worked on buying AP but I used them in the store.

Never had a problem befor got them instanlly ..and now i have nothing. Would like to know when this will be fixed ..I have already done everything the website said to do...to fix this ..with no results.

it won't even let me buy ap wit my paypal account and without it, bought ap back on monday and had no problems but for the past 2 days i couldn't buy any. and i would really like to buy ap today seeing as u get 50% more, and i just keep geting this crap "10417 - The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method. "

I bought and paid 4 AP via CC - it showed as completed no ap credited...this is not an issue with PayPal...Can someone accept ownership and accountability on behalf of this issue so that "WE" the "CUSTOMERS" can a) get a refund or b)get our AP or c)BOTH!! Customer Service aint so hard...I am a Call Centre Credit Manager... IF U NEED SOMEONE TO HELP U GET YR SYSTEM RIGHT PLS EMAIL ME... I WILL DO IT FOR FREE!!! This is disgraceful that an international system has no service level/clear cut process and exists by passing the buck... as for the stockmarket...well..shareholders surely will be made aware of $$ lost due to shoddy cust service and inappropriate service standards..I am so glad i only applied for $10 and $100 which was my original intention... wont be buying AP again!! Just give me a refund please...

Same thing has happened to me now with two payments. I had two successes in the past now these two I have paid and got no credit. Come on aeria!

ok i have had no problems to date until last night and today.. I use my cc and have the ap the next time i log in to 12sky however these last 3 times i get a confirmation email from paypal and aeria games, but no ap..

Ok just to make sure everything was good to go I called paypal and they confirmed that the money has been transfered to aeria games already. However I have not recieved it in my ap points. Like I said above it is usaully there right away. this is kind fustrating because i wanted to purchase some items for turbo and can not.
