Recently, some players have made a show of spamming the link to the BBB Site listing for Aeria Games. Our rating there was less than desirable, due to the fact that we were not in the loop for the process. We have since contacted them, and started the process to improve our rating.

What we don't have (and would like) is feedback from our large player base. I have opened up the ratings and comments section, and would appreciate it if everyone could take 5 mins and give a little feedback. We have over 5 million members, and it isnt exactly appropriate that we only have 10 reviews.... so, lets see if we can hit 1k (or some other respectable number) and then we can celebrate.

Here is my review that I posted under the name Eric B.

I have been playing Shin Megami Tensei a game associated with Aeria Games for some time now. I've been playing online MMORPGs for many years now (WoW and Ultima Online, for example.). I have enjoyed their game and service. Like every other corporation out there I am sure that there hiccups in service, but personally I have not experienced any. It is a good game environment and a dependable product. I would like to give my personal accreditation that for an essentially free service they operate ethically and professionally.
