From what i see, He has not KSed you.

The picture/s need to show that he has KSed you numerious of times with you stating for him to KS you.
Your picture shows, Him saying No which is no where near enough proof, also you got the last kill.. Lucky you

I would brush up on the definition of "KS" Kill Steal..
