Used to play DoMO, now playing MegaTen. The service isn't ALL that great, especially since I never even got a REPLY to a matter involving my AP on DoMO. I quit already, though so it's pointless now. I lost interest after the fourth week of trying.
I've noticed on MegaTen there seem to be some rather... Non-Existent moderators? Or at least, I've never seen them, or heard of them- so who are we supposed to go to when we have a problem?

1. You could have moderators patrolling each area in the game, but that would be a hassle and rather pointless when it actually comes down to it.

2. There could be a GM channel, or at least a board/menu with GM names on it, so we know who to contact when we have a problem to resolve ingame.

3. AP is great and all, but sometimes it just feels a bit... Unfair, when it comes down to it. In DoMO a lot of the items that were a REAL convenience you had to relog to get. VERY annoying. MegaTen, not so much.

4. On the subject of AP- Sometimes when you order an item to get it's promo, you dont' GET the promo. This is, ironically, what happened to me on DoMO, and is one of the contributing causes to why I quit.

These are just a few of the things that I've picked out, and the reason I gave a 3/5. Really, it all comes down to the who, where, and when with the service. And so far, I haven't had great service- but it wasn't poor, either.

Ive noticed a nice change in the last couple of weeks , after the last patch when it was bugged very very bad , you guys jumped on it, it was fixed , so good job guys.. keep up the good work .

I have not had many issues regarding aeria games on any game I have played. Any issues that did come up were taken care of, not always in a timely manner but friendly.

i like all shaiya game buttttttttttttttttttt i become crazy when pass time and aeria dont email me 4 support or something but i think is a excelent service

I'm impressed with the transition between the holiday events beck to the regular world, and even though there were new bugs (i.e. jumping) - a relatively quick maintenance fixed the problems without having to remove the patch altogether (i.e. keeping the rain). You may want to select your GS's a little more carefully - I'm not at all impressed with the in-game service; which makes it hard to take this game seriously, especially as it's advertised as for adults.

Chat's still a mess, farmers are still a problem, bots are still around, health bars are still causing problems for healers, and other problem still exist... but, keep doing your best and I'll be thankful to you for giving us something to play.

Pros: the active GMs and GSes :3 cool events ^^.
Cons: Takes forever for Contact Us tickets to get answered (often longer than the promised 7 business days). And this may just be for DoMO (only game i play on here ) but the economy is crazy. not to mention some item mall stuff is waaay over priced (not all tho ;D)

As I haven't had any major issues with aeria in the last few weeks your rating has gone up to a 3/5 from a 1/5. The DoMO item mall (both in game and on the site) still leaves much to be desired, and chief is still an annoying egotistical ***, but aside from that not too awful.

i may be new to this community, but from what ive seen Shaiya is by far one of the best games that ive played thus far... Ive gone from WoW to Requiem, and the GM's in this game are quite quicker and more helpful then others in other games.

I really enjoy the economical feature to where i dont have to pay unless i want that little bit of edge.. But if i just want to go and relax i can do that also... so i give this game and your community a 4 out of 5 seeing as i have not played your other games yet but i look forward to it.
