Re: Lore Team---Last Chaos Backstory

I haven't played this game very long...and my memory isn't that good. So if I say something stupid, please don't mind that much!

I though the Titans were Human. (?)

But "High elf healers" are the humanoid creation of Apollon no? Shouldn't they be on side of Apollon?

I'm not sure about isolation between races part, I mean in Iris no matter what race...we all gather in Randol. At least for now, I don't see any isolation between elves, titans, and humans (unless I misunderstanding what you're saying).

Are these armies mentioned in game...I really don't recall xD but then I haven't been playing that long. Do these armies exist in current game? (Nothing wrong if they don't..just curious)

A feeling of great unrest has filtered throughout Randol as there are new rumors of an army amassing far in the North and West.

North and West...?

Additionally spies have been discovered within the city while werewolves and other evil creatures approach the city walls and attack citizens with more regularity. Skirmishes occur more frequently as friend turns into foe and groups are attacked by thieves and brigands. Squads of Knights have been sent out to patrol the areas and help keep the peace, but have had little effect.

Hope to see these features in game =)

<Edit> Yeah!! Bandits!!

Lucciora--

Titans were human in the original storyline...we've changed that making them purely an Eres creation specifically for war and taking over Iris........independent in mind with a penchant for evil....they have free will, but the majority are evil

As for the High Elf Healers, they have free will as well...All playable races on Iris have free will...they may lean towards one more than the other, but that doesn't mean they have to stay loyal...they care mostly about healing...be it good or evil....but then as playable characters they really can go either way.

As for the Isolation...while in game there isn't any real sign of this...Randol is a neutral city...places where all may come and be safe...the way the world was created was for all races to live together...the Knights of Apollon attempt to keep things that way and so have made the city of Randol their headquarters and a safehaven for all.

the Armies are not yet mentioned in game...we're hoping that the Dev team puts it in

Armies gathering in the North and West yes...not just one area

Thanks for your input!

It doesn't matter if the lore contradicts with the website info right?

I mean...for example

The High Elf Healer is similar to the Mage in that they also manipulate Mana. However, their ability comes from the 4 gods.

...I'm just going to say the website info has nothing to do with the lore then?

In the lore so far it states that Rogues, Knights, (Sorceror), and Mages are human.

However...mages don't look that human to me...(purple hued skin).

Lucciora!!

Thanks for the heads up on the skin tone, I completely forgot about that oddity. The Mage's backstory will be slightly altered to mention that change in their skin. To clarify one thing for you that was asked about, no where does it state that Mages are human. The only humans specified were the Knights and the only Elves specified were the Healers. The other races could theoretically come from different backgrounds. We did this to leave it a bit more open ended for the dev team to eventually have multiple races take on multiple classes.

Great Input and thanks for catching it and bringing it to our attention! That is the kind of info we were looking for.

The backstory is very well done. Vague enough to leave plenty of room for growth, but solid enough to give players an idea of where the characters they play came from. Excellently done!
