Disappoinment About AeriaGames

Before Buying AP, I Should Do More Research About The Whole Service...
Why Aeria doesn't hire people and have them to prepare Report Ticket to present us better service? I guess the reason is:

It is easier to have customers to do this without expectance of money, additionally customers pay money... lol... Smile

It lasts min. 20 minutes to prepare A Report Ticket for only 1 cheater for a normal user...

If there was a online Game Monitorer (payed employee of AeriaGames) with a ban or some other rights, it would lasts 2 seconds...

Before I spend money to Aeria I should do more research about the whole service...

Sorry... I will never buy AP again...

I am not satisfied with the Customer Service... They do not answer your questions, they always send pre-prepared e-mails as answer...

I only like the game but nowadays it is almost impossible to play because of cheaters...

1. writing a custom response for each and every ticket is a massive waste of time

2. aeria's not the type of company where you get paid to play a game and ban people, literally requires no job experience (did you check out the jobs page)

3. "the game" doesn't tell us which game you're talking about
