I bought AP and I sent in a ticket over 12 hours ago to have them give me my AP!!!!!!!! Why would they suspend my account? Im going to miss out on the sale and if I don't receive the 100 dollars of AP I spent we will have a problem. Do they just not **** care?

Tickets usually take up to 3 business days to respond.

If you miss a sale due to AP error delay, you can send a gamesupport ticket via contact us and choose miss-promotion. they usually work with you to give you the promo if the errors is AP related on their end.

Always use the Billing Claim for AP related issues. You need to allow at least 24 hours for a GM to reply to your claim and follow all directions posted by GM in the claim's reply.
