Hi, unfortunately making that request here will not result in any help. GMs assist players in numerous issues for whichever game(s) that GM is assigned to, but the problem needs to be brought to them by the player submitting a ticket. Issues involving AP purchases from the Aeria "Buy AP" menu, need to be addressed to Billing here: Billing
Issues involving anything which happens IN GAME, need to be addressed here: Game Support
There are drop-down menus and you select what your issue is, along with which game it is happening in.
For ALL types of tickets submitted, please be more specific about your issue than just "please fix my account".
