Ok if you have already filed a ticket, great. Just LEAVE it in queue and don't add any further comments etc to it as doing that causes the ticket to get pushed back in the order or response and it'll take longer. If you haven't already done a ticket, go here to start one: Billing
Now if by chance the promo ends and your Billing issue gets resolved AFTER that, you can always send in a "Missed Promotion" ticket. They should be able to help you out with getting that promo when they see you DID have a ticket in regarding AP that you hadn't received from a purchase. In the Subcategory, select "Missed Promotion" along with the which game and which character.
