Well it has now been almost 2 weeks for me and the ticket is still registering as "unopened" meaning they haven't even looked at it yet.

i sent ticket in on 8th of february no1 has bothered to look at it and i'm still over 3k ap out of pocket this is final warning before i proceed with legal action for scamming money from players

When an action is taken on a ticket (such as a reply to the ticket), it is moved to the back of the queue. We measure time based on the last action taken. We are making good progress, and are likely to be within the 48H window this week.
