EXTREMELY UNHAPPY

service sucks
i sent in a ticket over a week ago now that i bough ap and never received and even after the maintenance 0 ap added to balance this company does not have any real support for anything now i'm £20 outta pocket and 0 ap added to balance add to that the fact i miss out on the loot boxes event which is y i topped up

I would send a ticket in they are backed up atm. I sent ticket in 9 days ago to get my account back an still waiting

Don't feel bad My main account has been Banned by billing department since 2/1/2014 no respond from ticket or any thing. have missed tiers all my 30 day packs an everything is on that account. But most importantly they have cost me to miss GRB. so for me Frustrated wa 4 days ago. Good luck to you sir or mam

Just to keep things clear, if we buy ap, and if it doesn't come through, since it seems like that's what's going to happen... should we send in a ticket? Won't it delay everything?
