Aeria Ignite "A connection error has occurred"

help
I need help, when i go on to aeria ignite, it says a connection error has occurred. I don't know why. If anyone could help please do. Thanks

I've got the same but it gets resolved automatically. Just re start Ignite. If that don't work, please try to re-install Aeria Ignite.

Please tell me if this worked and we really need some active GS'es here. I newer see them here neither AERIA Mobile.
