First the mobile, the mobile was useful but it also had its down falls. I don't know if anybody else in the community had this problem but when you try logging in the website I tried it on 2 phones Android EVO and IPhone5. Same issue would occur when I try logging in. The username and password box would only appear in the left corner. Not being able to see the box and see if you are typing in the right information. It would show me the full site when logging in the Aeria mobile. Once I have successfully logged on it, Aeria mobile would show me the Aeria mobile site not the whole site. I had this happen to me couple times on both phones. Though I got annoyed, i just went to the computer and type. Sometimes when i go on the phone to use shout box it would go into the full site not the Aeria mobile. Before the whole SB having issues and timing out and the 404 problems, the mobile app was running smoothly. Though it took time to log in if you had the patience it would work fine. The phone kept confusing me from computer to phone on my phone. When using the full site you can’t go in shout box because when clicking on the community the tab it would automatically send you into the community when I was trying to choose the forums and shout box I wanted. No matter how lightly I pressed community, sometimes I can't get into forums. I would get lucky when it came to trying to get on forums.
Now with the shout box having problems, players like me who get kicked out for inactivity and 404 errors. I would use my phone instead. Even though it took some time to answer someone in thread it was a bit better then writing your whole post and getting logged off or kicked.
All I can tell you, while using my phone it could of directed me to full site or on Aeria mobile. I strongly believe this need to be looked at. I thought Aeria mobile was a smart move by the company. Just because we aren't in SB with the Aeria mobile green icon with it doesn't mean we are with our phones. When we write a thread in forums doesn't always say "Aeria Mobile".
