I think it's a bit too late for some people, Paladin. Perhaps Aeria can actually give us a bit of a warning when things like these happen, to avoid posts and actions such as this.

Voted 1 because Support for Gran Fantasia is **** slow. Got hacked, invader spent my AP on Gran Fantasia which I never played, and it's already more than a week without any reply from GF's GMs about the ticket I sent.


(on side note, 5 for mobile).

Actually support for GF is quite fast, but usually with AP cases, it takes more time as they have to investigate the issue at hand.

AP GONE

Well SB had a roll back last night and I am now missing not only 16000AP! but all items received from it . So based on the fact aeria does rollbacks and does not consider to clean up the damage until a ticket or the like is sent has me beside myself!?? Like really come on. This after my 2 lost chars a month ago. secondly they have a unscheduled server maintianance, then pirate saga thing is posted , then roll back! WOW then to ask how is our service. Grrrrr

Am I the only one that is more surprised there are actually 5% of the community who thinks Aeria is great, rather than being surprised about the 70%+ that's not. Come on... come on Smile.... those 5's are obv fake.

While I am totally unfamiliar with baseball and hardly know the rules of the game, I DO see that Aeria has been up to bat for the past year and still has not been able to step up to the plate.. THAT is how I view the shortcomings of this company.

I have no problems with the Aeria Games support, they're only a bit slow (takes around 24 hours to reply), but the problem resolvement and all is good!
