4 for Shaiya Phoenix

While I can't speak for Merged (or any of the other games, for that matter), Phoenix has seen nothing but improvement in the past month or so. While there are still issues to be fixed (the missing AP items, VR/PR needing a level cap, etc.), the support has gotten better, we have been given events, new GSes are finally being reviewed, and the server has, in general, been given the time of day that it never had in the past.

That being said, there are still issues to work out, so the service doesn't warrant a 5. Ticket response is still a bit slow, there still aren't enough GSes on either faction, and GM activity on the forums is delayed at best. Considering where we came from, though, there are a lot of things to be happy about.

I'm purely rating based on Lime Odyssey as I could care less for the other Aeria Games since I do not play them.

5.

GM Paladin is doing his best, not much can be done obviously with Cykan preparing builds for Korea. But the events are fun, and the community is together. Also looking forward to what GM Nyago has in store for us soon, and who the other LO team members will be, hopefully people that are just as good.

I'd say a 4. SF2 is being run pretty well in my opinion but of course could need some improvement. Devo is doing a great job along with Memphis imo.

Shaiya:

Forum: While seeing improvements on the communication side, GMs and PMs are still too busy reacting rather than being proactive. Still, seeing PMs and GMs more active and posting more information is good. Question is whether this will last, as previous experience over the years has shown that increased GM/PM information to the community has a habit of ceasing rather abruptly after a very short while. Will withhold rating on this field for now.

Game: Some good new features, but the seemingly unending saga of something bad for everything good patched in just goes on and on. While the medals is a good way for people to get something nice, encouraging people to log on just to stay logged on and not actually play is in my opinion a silly way of increasing player 'activity'. Not to mention the lag it adds. Also, the policy of releasing new content before the old is fixed and working properly just annoys the living daylights out of a lot of people. No point adding new stuff when it slots in with stuff that isn't working. And then there's the gamebreaking new accessories... Overall impression: BAD.

Aeria site:
Another outbreak of excessive, over-zealous and uncommented forum moderation is flaming up the tempers of the community. No comments are made as to what posts or comments are in violation, and the community is constantly left guessing at who transgressed in what manner.

The constant logging out is getting ever more frequent and annoying. You would think this should be possible to fix within the time this glitch has existed. Which basically seems to be an endemic Aeria issue - introducing new stuff is instant, fixing broken stuff takes forever (if ever fixed). Overall impression: A company that does not care about things being broken all over the place, EXCEPT for the AP malls. Those are the only things that have a nigh on 100% operating record. Given the state of the rest of the site and the games overall, it sure gives you an idea of where your priorities are.

Overall:
While there is the odd glimmer of light, Aeria fail to deliver in so many areas, I cannot give anything better than a 1. Your products are sub-par in quality, both in terms of game integrity and website consistency. A wide-ranged quality increase is needed if you are going to save any semblance of reputation in the immediate future.

1 for digimon masters, the GM events are crap the GMs don't even reward properly.
The updates are terrible nearly 1 month late and we cant even save the amount of pieces needed to get and event item because it was soo late.
There are lots of bugs on the game that take months to get fixed. The success and drop rate is really ****!.
lack of players but still server lag wtf? THERE ARE BOTS EVERYWHERE!
.Also the dreaded FAILED TO CONNECT still happens alot!

4 for grand fantasia great game i just got bored because there was no new content at all and all the equipment is the same

OHMAHGERD I REMUVED MEY SIGNATURE XD

Wolfteam - 1
Same problems as before. Nothing is happening.

Alliance of Valiant Arms - 1
Good job, you killed it.

GunZ - 1
Same as Alliance of Valiant Arms.

Soldier Front 2 - 3
Laggers everywhere using third party programs.

Scarlet Blade - 1
I can't tell if I'm trying to play a game or a pay 2 win porn simulator.

Digimon Masters - 3
It's okay... I guess...

Eden Eternal - 2
Why did it suddenly look messed up and feel so laggy?

Shaiya - 1
This is so in the cash zone it's not even funny anymore.

Company itself - 1

Closed games - 1 x4
DOMO, Kitsu Saga, Quantum Conflict, and Realm of the Titans. This is merely here just to add more 1s.

Overall - 1
My 1's are technically -∞. So obviously one outweighs the other.

tl;dr - SCREW YOUR ITEM MALL FEATURE!

Let's see.

Your item mall policies break every game you have. And that's not hyperbole. Every game you see the same thing.

You keep breaking your own website. Forum logout bug, and now sigs are broken. Great job.

Negative feedback is largely ignored, squelched, or condescendingly berated. Even constructive feedback hardly ever gets an official response (and certainly never brings any results). There are a few GMs who do a good job of communicating, but that's it.

Shaiya's been dead to me since Ep. 4. I saw the toilet flush coming.

As I write this, 71% of the votes are for "poor." That's not just players trolling or raging. That's a symptom of something really, really bad.

Since I was banned for no apparent reason, I'd like to lower my vote from a 1 to a... oh.
