(a) Europe means the respective political areas of Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tadzhikistan, Turkey (including Northern Cyprus), Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, and Vatican City.

(b) Middle East and North Africa means the respective political areas of Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.

This will be implemented in an upcoming patch. We will provide additional information when we learn the details. This is a contractual issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Countries in bold are reasons why I am happy for this. Countries that aren't, gotta sacrifice a little to get a little.

Gotta love how Asia is unaffected by this.

@genocodemw2, but they're "Middle Eastern territories."

Please watch the language. If most of you would read closely, you would see that this is not their choice. I'm sure, if they could choose, they would keep it international. It's unfortunate but don't blame the messenger.
