Well looks like EU will have some tension against us @ WC

To be honest, minus Europe it's going to be hard for SF2 to fully take off.

As majority of players are European based

Yeah, but with that all they CAN'T do is have an European server.
They are allowed to let everyone play, but generally the competing website will pay the other competing website to not allow access to none Americans, which looks like the case here. Happened in SF too, IJJI got payed to regional block Philippines as requested by Philippines sf publisher

This will be implemented in an upcoming patch. We will provide additional information when we learn the details. This is a contractual issue. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

OH Yea! No laggers for a bit. (Not being mean or racist guys)

Yeah I'm fine with it but the EU players @ SF1 hoping to come to SF2 will hate this. At least we don't have to worry about the ping difference though. The playing field will be even now.

Yeah i agree, many Europeans have American friends/clans and Same for Americans. It really makes no sense to break up a community in half. Europeans don't actually lag much, like UK to Germany their stable pings. The Europeans that have bad pings are the ones from israel/saudi arabia, but there really in the middle east and dont consider them european.

I'm strongly against the Region Blocking of Europe and various other nations. Would've hoped for more tbh.
