ok I sent my ticket in, I used the "Other" subcategory because I didn't think any of the other options suited the problem best.

ok, so I checked my email, I got one from billing saying that told me this: "Your account has been placed on temporary hold (Suspension) for purchases. For security purposes, please contact us immediately at: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing
and select the issue type 'My account has been place on temporary hold for security purposes'. (Account verification may be required)"
I went to the link...one of the required information is closest payment type, another is transaction/order number...
I used E-Wallet option "Skrill" with the 10% savings...but can't find a closest payment type on that link...and I don't know the transaction number...can I just use the number of the ticket I sent in?
