Don't forget to submit a ticket at www.aeriagames.com/contact with that information.

Make sure you have links of your screenshots, videos and everything else you have. Include all of the information that you have just posted to help them come to a conclusion. The more information and evidence you include, the more easier it will be for the GMs to come to a conclusion.

If you do this, the GM's will take proper action. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do on the forums regarding hacks like these and it is best to get these players out of the game. If you send in a ticket, you can do just that.
