I need to know why did Aeria Reset my VIP back to LEVEL 1? In my situation the support keeps telling me that I need to submit a screenshot about it and I don't have it since I got back 3 days before the merge and 20 mins before merge my vip went back to LEVEL 1 from VIP LEVEL 5 any GM whom I can talk to just right it here. Support or ticket isn't working its just an automated machine answering back. I am a level 82 sire and been playing back since WARLORD server is it impossible for me to reach that level? How are you sure that I am not gonna reach that LEVEL back in warlords my consecutive log-ins was flawless until the 2nd merge. So Please give me a valid reason why you will have to reset everything back to level 1 and why you won't do a thing about it and ignore me in support ticket like that.

Rest assured that each ticket is looked at and responded by a (human) GM. The Aeria office is actually quite nice for humans. There is an arcade, a cheap snack machine, and a ping pong table.

There aren't a lot of fun things for robots to do here so that's why they have us.
