I saw someone with a Warrior/Guardian 2-handed ax called the Assesse of Earth LV 55. Where do you get this weapon?

Lvl 55 sounds like the 3 slotted wind ele done from the Calem Sacra quest. You can pick up the quest starting about lvl 54-55 from outside of CS, but it takes a little bit to complete it and also trying to get into the raid that gets the kill on Dios Exiel.

By the time its said and done with the quest you'd be better of just linking up a legendary or goddess weapon depending if you are UM or BM.

There are 0 slots.(Sorry first time posting pictures).

It is from the Caelum Sacra quest, as Lyyrian said.

From inspect you cannot see the slots, this is the reason if you got the screenshot in that way.
