Good build for HM Archer

Archer Build
So I am starting to play Shaiya again and I want to make a Normal Mode Archer but I do not know that correct build for it.
I plan on doing PVE and solo only, so if smeone could tell me what a good build for that is, I would greatly appreciate it.

Just an FYI, but normal mode doesn't exist anymore. Only modes now are Basic Mode (Hard Mode renamed) and Ultimate mode.

It will give a decent idea to start off with.

I'm no expert with Archer/Hunter. I mainly play a rouge class between most games I play. Especially with something like Shaiya. Still using older / classic builds are viable, but depends on really what you intend to do and also how your budget is. Be it: time, farming, or ap/real life cash.
