Once again, please refrain from using inappropriate language. Now, if your ticket has had no response (nor have you sent a new response) within 72 hours, forward your RT number to a Game Sage.

Hello pandabear8193,

I've looked up both of your tickets in our RT system and discovered why your tickets are taking a long time to get a reply; you keep updating them and refreshing the time.

Tickets are handled in the order they were last updated. Continuing to reply and update the ticket causes your ticket to continually drop back in the queue, taking longer to resolve than it otherwise would. Please do not update or reply to your ticket for the next 72 hours and I will see about getting it moved up the queue manually so it does not take that long.
