Just for future reference, please do not post RT #'s here. Please wait for a response from a GM as it can take up to 48 hours for a response. If nothing by then, feel free to PM the RT # to myself or another SB GS and we'll get that to a GM's attention for you.

Aside from that, try right-clicking the server list and/or refreshing it. Also make sure to clear an Internet Explorer cache/cookies. Please let us then know if there is any other suggestions we can offer.

I really don't want to wait 48 hours to get my characters back. With the economy how it is, the market could go ape shz while I'm gone. Also, I think that all the characters on one account is more important than some of the other tickets reporting bugs and whatnot.

btw, i tried everything already. This is beyond a non-GM's area

We do understand the concern and how frustrating it is. Other players may be experiencing the same issue as well as I can assure you Aeria is doing their best to fix these issues. If nothing else, I'd be happy to get it sorted out for you personally after the 2 days if that helps.

Oh. Also, I bought like 7 narak packs for 200g on AH, they didn't show up in my mail that's why I went to relog. When I did that's when my chars poofed. 2 days+fix days=thousands of G's down the hole.

Sorry to hear about this issue, heroex77, and we're glad to see you've already sent in a ticket. Make sure you've included relevant details such as server name and character info (name, level, class, etc.). All tickets are addressed in the order in which we receive them and yours will be opened as soon as possible.
