Lover Stuff

If you and your lover have played non stop and together ingame for a year, is there any anniversary stuff given or can be earned?

Unfortunately, there is no special rewards for having been a couple for a certain period of time.
At least you get a lot of love coins if you quest/do dungeons with your lover together, I guess.

Well, as a side note: If you do decide to marry your lover, doing a lot of things together helps keeping the marriage status up.

Things like staying in party, doing dungeons, killing prestige boss, and spam lover buffs of course ;3
