Sorry. The account has been blocked bla bla...

Yesterday, my brother was still able to access his account and play Scarlet Blade, but when he tried to log in his account today (actually, right now), the site is prompting that his account was blocked due to "violating your terms of service."

Obviously, he didn't do anything wrong. We were playing together yesterday. Can anyone from Aeria explain why his account was "blocked?"

I've provided a screen shot. I tried to log it in my self. I tried to reset his password, but it's not working.

We are playing in a computer shop, by the way. I need an explanation for this.

It appears your friend has broken the ToS in some way. The only way to find out information on the subject, and to rebut the ban is to send a ticket through the Contact Us-Ban Appeal.
Finally, bans are not to be discussed on the forums. Please refrain from doing so in the future.
