AeriaGames has **** service?

Been 2 days and having got my ap i bought.
They don't even response to my billings(tickets)
Some people have similar problems?
So yes, Aeria Games provide poor service..

Billing Tickets are usually handled within 72 hours on business days, your delay is because of the weekend.

Hey,

Just keep in-mind the Aeria billing tickets can take slightly longer then normal ticket since they manage all of the games. Hopefully your ticket will be delt with soon but It can take even more then 3 days so do not be worried, they will reply in time. Smile

I agree

I totally agree to the fact that aeria has very poor service.
On a scale of 1-10 if I was to rate their service overall I'd give them a 1.5.
Not grunting be rude it's just my opinion.
