All caps will not help you get a response, however.. No, there is no news on how long it will take.

we have been having DNS issues with the company hosting our servers, making it difficult for players to access our website and games. The company that hosts our servers is aware of the issue and is currently working to get the problem resolved, but we do not as of yet have an ETA from them was to when we can expect service to return to normal. We apologize for the interruption in service, and ask for your patience while the matter is being worked on. Thank you.

^ This link would be helpful if not for the whole r2 site being down.

Ridiculous. What do we as the players who so faithfully play this game get for all the downtime? Oh yeah, nothing.

The reason I quoted it is because not everyone could access that link.

And why would they give anything out when the situation hasn't even been resolved yet? Much less when people complain about not getting anything out of it? They know they're losing money off of this situation, just leave them alone.
