So, as of today i came back and decided to play grand fantasia and i guess that's not gonna happen due to that i fact that im ban..idk why my account just got the boot to begin with while i was away.. No explanation there beside this the message i got while trying to reset my password: "Sorry. The account has been blocked due to violation of our terms of service."

The GM's got rid of a lot of ppl at xmas. Or you may have tried to hack another aeria games game, and they backed your email from all games they own. You may have been caught swearing, or you may have given your account to someone else and they did something to get you banned (and not told you)

my account was really high lvl though, and i worked really hard on it like i never even gave someone my account info or anything so, i don't think it was because of that and i can't hack for nothing... if that's the case.

Bans are not to be discussed on the forums.

You most likely have had your account deactivated for lack of activity.

Send a ban appeal here. It's your only recourse.
