AGE's new Ticket System

In an effort to personalize AGE's Ticket system and make all GMs sound less robotic; All GMs will be required to respond with a hand written letter, including and not limited to the i's being dotted with hearts/stars. They will then be scanned and sent in response to each ticket we receive.



Due to this new process the response time for Ticket's will be 1-2 weeks.

Critical issues should still be answered using the old method though, I don't think Ban Appeal or Billing Issues should wait that long Razz

would be nice to have more interactive Ticket system... Right now, it's not possible to track bug or even check already known issues...

Fishys April Fools is a nice one indeed, 1-2 weeks for a ticket would make players form a mob and burn down AGE's headquarters

I believe we should also get a hand-drawn picture of something cute or cuddly at the end. This would make make the attention of each person get diverted, and thus, forgetting their problems forever.

This has nothing to do with DKO-- But I see players from certain Aeria Games that when reporting hackers, get the response "We cannot help you with in-game quests". So hopefully this applies to that section of Aeria as well.
