Some ppl cant remember their password of emailaccount, to reset their password for DWO. By notifying Aeria of this, Aeria still sent the new link to their 'OLD" emailaccount. I just wonder, if they message of the players are not reading well or not. What are they saying: I CANT GET IN, HELP ME. Ofcourse, Aeria is not responsible for that, true. But plse be more helpfull?
I got several members who are playing DWO since the beginning that DWO came online. Hard working ppl with beautiful weps, always helpfull. They just cant play anymore becuz of that. You are loosing die-hard-DWO ppl. And that makes me sad, cuz yr not only loosing ppl who likes the game and spent lots of AP on it, but we are also loosing our good friends we like to play with.
So, my request: pls help those ppl out and give them the link on a different way, than by sending it to their emailaccount where they forgot their password from.
