I DO NOT Have all these things, it's impossible. im sure it's impossible for everyone here too. I DID NOT BUY AP for this character that i want to reset . No one can get all these things that they require. it's impossible
i just want to ''Forgot password'' Reset password like all these people, not get into all these difficult questions. because my @comcast.net emails cannot receive mail from Aeria. I did tell them i put in a new email from other internet service provider so that they can give me the Link to Reset my password and this crazy feedback is what i got from them.
GM'Superman and all the GMs please tell your Staff team to stop asking us these near-impossible requirements.
Step 1 and Step 2 above i Have, but the 3rd question they ask for is not possible. And Where do i get my IP address ? for the 4th Question they ask above.
GM Superman you said in the Link that if we can't get into our emails or that Our emails cannot get mail from aeria you say we can use the Link to Reset password. But Why they need all these difficult things.
